Sleep Apnea Appliance Therapy

If you or a loved one are a sufferer of sleep apnea, then Judy's story may not be too far off from your own. As sleep apnea diagnosis grows more common, so do some of the difficulties associated with its treatment. Previously, we've touched on some of the methods currently used to treat sleep apnea, and as Judy mentions, the use of the CPAP (Continuous Airway Pressure Device) machine meant that she and her husband often needed to sleep in separate rooms in order to get a good night's rest. After numerous attempts at various CPAP machines, Judy was introduced to the sleep apnea appliance at Stiles Dentistry, and she is pleased to report that it works! For more information about oral appliance therapy for sleep apnea, be sure to check out the video of Dr. Dennis Stiles explaining how an oral sleep appliance works!
